General Shipping Policies
Orders are shipped on our regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding all major United States Holidays.)

Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped within the next two business days.

Shipping estimates at checkout are calculated by our software and are only estimates, not guarantees.

International Shipping
Customers in the Aisa-Pacific region should order from www.shoyeido.co.jp

Please include correct contact information and address for international deliveries.

Buyers are responsible for covering import duties, customs, import taxes, and other associated fees of the country that they are shipping to.

If your country requires an import number, our system will request one from you. Please ensure the contact information associated with this import number is accurate for proper delivery.

If your order is returned to us, it will not be refunded until the package arrives back at our shipping warehouse.

International packages returned to us due to customs unable to contact the buyer or buyer's refusal to pay customs, taxes, tariffs, import fees, etc. will not have their shipping cost refunded.
